Learner Support

The Directorate is responsible for strategic planning, direction, coordinating and overseeing the implementation of Tertiary and TVET Programmes offered by the College. This include the development of the policies, systems and procedures that govern the student support strategies and activities; recruitment and management of academic support staff, supervision of student support activities, management and administration of Student Information Management, Learner Management System as well as assessment and certification.
